- Process the loan Package in Calyx Point Software.
- Prepare the necessary State Loan Disclosures necessary to provide the borrower.
- Confirm loan program parameters with the lenders of your choice.
- Order all 3rd party items associated with your transaction.
- Submit the loan to the applicable lender.
- Follow up on the approval with the lender.
- Communicate conditions to you and specify the necessary steps to close the loan.
- Lock your loan based on your instructions.
- Confirm clearance of conditions and communicate ordering loan documents with you and the lender.
- Prepare final 1003, Good Faith Estimate and Truth-in-Lending for the signing.
- Follow up on any outstanding funding conditions with the lender and the Escrow Company.
- Prepare a final closed file in Hard copy or scanned and e-mailed for your records.
